  • What are the Terms & Conditions of becoming a T8M8?

  • How do I become a T8M8?
    Simply go to the Memberships page, choose your level of membership and register your details. Once your payment is confirmed, a welcome letter will be emailed to you. Your pack and membership card will be sent out to you in the post from late February 2017.
  • How long does a membership last?
    Memberships last until December 31 of the year of purchase.
  • What different types of T8M8s are there?
    There are five levels of membership in 2017 – Platinum ($888) Gold ($188), Silver ($68), Junior ($48) and Event Packs ($68 - $88). Information on what is available in each membership is available on the T8M8 Memberships page of this site. Platinum members are limited to a maximum of 88 subscriptions per year and must be 16 years or older on the date of their hot lap. Junior members must be 14 years or under at the time of purchase.
  • When/how do I take my Hot Lap as a Platinum member?
    Platinum members are able to take their Hot Lap at the Performance Driving Centre (QLD), Sydney Motorsport Park (NSW), or Sandown Raceway (VIC) (removed Perth). Dates for the ride days are advised by Triple Eight via email. Hot Laps are only available with a Platinum level membership and cannot be purchased from Triple Eight outside of the membership packs. If other states are available for Hot Laps, this will be advised to Platinum members via email.
  • What are the Terms & Conditions for Hot Laps?

  • What if I don’t live in Australia or NZ?
    Members living outside of Australia or New Zealand wishing to purchase a T8M8 membership need to contact Triple Eight to discuss additional postage costs PRIOR to purchasing a membership. Please email info@tripleeight.com.au for more details.
  • What if I don’t receive my welcome letter and/or membership card?
    Please contact Triple Eight either via phone (07 3635 7000) or email info@tripleeight.com.au and they can be replaced.
  • When and where are the T8M8 Member events in each state?
    The dates, times and locations of each event will be emailed out to all members around the time of the event. Please note that these events will take place around a race weekend in each state and cannot be moved to suit individual members.
  • How do I get my merchandise discount?
    To receive your merchandise discount at the track, simply show your membership card and photo ID to merchandise staff when you’re at the checkout. To receive your discount online, simply head to the merchandise store and when at the checkout, enter the discount code (codes are provided in your welcome letters).
  • How do I get my Performance Driving Centre discount?
    Please email the Driving Centre direct, quoting your member number and they will book you accordingly info@thedrivingcentre.com.au (please note not ALL activities at the Driving Centre may be available for the discount).
  • How do I arrange a Pit Garage tour?
    To register for a Pit Garage Tour, please head to the link provided in your welcome letter, enter your details and select which tours you would like in order of preference.
    Tours are available at any of the 2017 Supercar races and the number you can take per season depends on your membership level. If you are successful in securing a place on a pit tour, you will be notified of the date and time by email the week of the event.
    Please note that your additional preferences are placed on a waiting list in order to allow as many members as possible to take tours over the course of a season. If you are on a waiting list and there is room or a cancellation occurs, you will be moved into the tour and advised via email of the time and date.
  • How do I enter competitions?
    Various competitions will be run throughout the season, each with different entry mechanics. You will be advised on how to enter each competition as they arise. If you have any questions about a particular competition when it is live, please email info@tripleight.com.au
  • When are the T8M8 nights?
    Details of the T8M8 nights will be advised via email and through this website.
  • How do I book corporate hospitality as a T8M8?
    For all Corporate Hospitality inquiries, please contact soundos@octaneevents.com.au and mention your T8M8 member number to receive your 10% discount.
  • When can I take a workshop tour?
    Workshop tours are taken as part of the T8M8 Member Evening each year. Should you not be able to attend this event, you can request an individual tour by emailing info@tripleeight.com.au. Members can take up to 3 guests on an individual tour, guests do not have to be T8M8 members. Please note that some dates and times are blocked out for workshop tours due to other events at the factory and the Team’s race calendar.
  • How do I change my details?
    To change your email, address, phone number or any personal details, please email info@tripleeight.com.au
